Space Rental Policy
1. Weekly classes and events:
a. The Renter agrees to use the designated rental space for the agreed upon monthly rate.
b. Payments are due on or before the 15th of each month.
c. Renters who plan to remove a weekly class from the schedule must give a minimum of 30 days notice. Teachers who do not give a minimum of 30 days notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Events and pop-ups:
a. When booking the space for an event or pop-up class, Renters must pay an invoice to reserve a chosen date and time. No refunds will be given for events that are canceled for any reason. Renters who need to cancel an event will be given credits that can be used within a three-month time period of the originally scheduled event.
3. Space Availability:
a. The Renter understands that space is available on a first come, first served basis. In order to hold the space, all fees must be paid in their entirety prior to the scheduled day and time of requested use. Weekly class teachers must pay their monthly invoices on or before the 15th of each month.
b. The Provider cannot guarantee the availability of the same time-slot when the Renter drops a weekly class at any point in time with the intention of picking it back up. The only way to guarantee the reservation of a chosen time slot is to continue paying rent during a prolonged absence.
4. Shared Space Etiquette:
a. The Renter acknowledges that the rented space is shared and agrees to be respectful of other members.
b. Cleaning up after oneself is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
c. Do not enter the space if there is another class in session or Renter using the space.
5. Facility Rules:
a. Renters must adhere to all rules and regulations posted within the facility.
b. Any damage caused to the space or its contents by the Renter or their clients will be the responsibility of the Renter.
7. Confidentiality:
a. The Renter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared within the rented space.
8Re. Liability:
a. The Renter agrees that the Provider shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Renter, guests, or their property within the rented space.
b. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the space, including but not limited to injuries, theft, or damage to personal property.
c. The Renter agrees to obtain and maintain insurance coverage for their own protection.
