Weekly Schedule

Ritual Space is a Yoga Studio that Supports Yoga Teachers by Providing them with the Space to Teach Their Own Classes and Run Their Own Businesses. Every Teacher at our Studio is an independent business. Instructors rent the space to teach and students pay their teachers directly.

MONDAY

  • This is a one-hour gentle yoga practice. Focus will be on gently warming up the body, moving slowly, and cultivating breath awareness. Sprinkled into each class will be poses to improve balance and posture, building strength, agility and flexibility, along with mindful movement. Practice ends with a relaxing body scan, and restful Savasana. $15

  • This class offers a combination of techniques to increase strength and balance in older adults. Using the support of the chair, you’ll work through the entire muscular system to build or maintain strength and flexibility in old age. Sondra is a Reiki Master, Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Chair Yoga Certification and teacher trained in Yoga Away’s Vinyasa Program. $ Love Offering

  • Intentional yoga with Tammy is an all-levels class that brings forward our truest intentions on the mat.   • Let go of your stressors and the chaos of the day. And re-start your day aligned with a sense of peace and tranquility. We will explore various yoga poses and breathing that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to help you feel more relaxed in the body, calmer and less reactive in the mind. $18

  • A gentle form of yoga that is done 1/2 seated and 1/2 standing using the chair for balance. Stretch and strengthen every part of the body. Practice leg strengthening standing poses and balance postures too. A short meditation at the end to relax and focus the mind to release stress and anxiety. $18

  • This mixed level class will have you feeling more connected to your mind, breath and body than ever before! Expect to move intentionally through an intelligently sequenced flow with opportunities to modify or ramp it up as desired. Class is never the same, and each class will build upon the last to see and feel the progression we cultivate. All welcome! Drop in $20

  • The class will start with some full body group stretching. Aubrey will assist and guide you through a series of seated (on the floor or in a chair), standing, and laying (if it works for you) stretches. It doesn't matter what your flexibility level is - everyone is welcome! $20

    Head home after the stretch sesh, or stay for a group healing circle. Circle can include (but isn’t limited to) intuitive energy readings, reiki healing, questions & answers, topic discussions, and meditation. Be open to letting go and seeing where the energy takes us. + $15

  • Have you ever thought of using the wall in a yoga class as a prop (much like a block or strap)? In this 5-week series, we will be exploring the grounding qualities of using the wall as support, to improve posture, hold yoga poses and build strength. Come join us as we have fun, move and breathe together using an often overlooked prop, the wall! $15

  • Barre is a strong, feisty workout that gets results fast. This low-impact workout builds heat in your muscles that will leave you with toned, lean muscles! Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture as well. $15

  • Explore a different theme each week in this multi-level class with Carla. This class is meant to offer a well rounded experience to the exploration of yoga when attended regularly. Work through different parts of the body, various aspects of yoga, specific types of postures and more with a heightened level of focus. $18

  • You need a little yoga in your life, but with the rise in cost for everything, you just can’t afford the typcal drop in rate for a yoga class. We’re adding a “pay what you can” class to the schedule to encourage you to come back to yoga and community spaces in a way that makes sense for you. Pay what you can - whether that’s $2, $5, $10, or anything in between.

SATURDAY

  • Every Other Saturday Beginning January 13th.

    A program for young girls. This is a mindfulness-based yoga program intended to help manage and reduce stress and anxiety, improve well-being and help participants in the practice of self-development. The yoga intervention consist of 10 sessions taking place every other Saturday for 60 minutes each, across a 6-month time frame. Each session is led by an instructor and an assistant instructor. Both instructors are registered yoga teachers.
