A gentle form of yoga that is done 1/2 seated and 1/2 standing using the chair for balance. Stretch and strengthen every part of the body. Practice leg strengthening standing poses and balance postures too. A short meditation at the end to relax and focus the mind to release stress and anxiety. $18

This is a one-hour gentle yoga practice. Focus will be on gently warming up the body, moving slowly, and cultivating breath awareness. Sprinkled into each class will be poses to improve balance and posture, building strength, agility and flexibility, along with mindful movement.
